How is your heart feeling today?
I am day 4 of my cycle and feeling all of the tenderness, so I am simply sharing a poem with you today. Some words I shared at my Mothers retreat on Saturday. I hope they land with you gently and lovingly…

Our time
A sparkle. A light
A diamond. In sight
These words. For you
What I speak. Is trueYour worth. And your value
Is not easily defined
You deserve. It’s essential
To give yourself this timeIn fullness. In health
Your energy. Is your wealthIt’s not in the doing, or ticking of lists
That makes you deserving
Of sweet tenderness.It’s your heart, and your soul
Your essence. It’s you
Your dazzle. Your sparkle
The world needs it tooExhausted and tired
Is not proof you have done enoughDepleted and empty
Does not show that you are toughWhile this world tries to tell us
That ‘doing’ is the only wayIt is time to change tactics
And stand up to sayOur energy is precious
We must show others how to beIt’s rebellion against old patterns
So we can wake up and seeA full woman is boundless
Her impact has no limitTo the creators and changemakers
