Really lovely reading about your festive period, the cake looked incredible! Also really resonated with what you shared about the winter months, I struggle with the cold and to warm up, but I'm lapping up the permission to rest that this season brings. Excited to see how everything evolves for you this year ❤️
Thank you so much Jodie, the rest and hunkering down is so joyful! But it would be nice if I didn’t feel the cold quite so intensively! I’ve been collecting more thermal wear to keep myself warm but am still yet to find the perfect socks! Ha! Grateful for your support. Xx
I am so ready to be held by the balm 💛 what a wonderful way to commit to nourishing myself this year. My words for 2025 are health, expansion and wonder. I loved the practice of journaling what will support me for each of these ♥️ thank you for your wonderful words and all your magic you share ✨ xx
Oh Sophie I am so overjoyed to be journeying with you again! Your words are so beautiful, especially wonder!! I love that one. Can't wait to see where they take you. xxx
I love how you describe the 'magic of slow dark mornings with nowhere to be.' In our fast-paced world, it's so easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle and forget the beauty of stillness. Your words remind me to embrace the slower pace of winter and find joy in the simple things – like cacao and candles, cozy fires, and walks in nature. It's a gentle nudge to prioritize rest and recharge, and I'm grateful for that reminder.
I am so happy to hear that it reminded you at a time you needed it. 'The beauty of stillness' is such a rich medicine. Thank you for these reflections and I hope you get to embrace it all a little as the remaining weeks of winter unfold. x
Lauren, I am beyond excited for this new offering. It is going to be beautiful, supportive, and nourishing, like everything you create. I am honored to be a part of it.
Thank you for this beautiful and generous post, it was a joy to hear about your festive times, as well as the deep dive into your potent words for the year, they all sound so right for this life chapter. And wow The Balm, so much magic within the offering, it feels so reflective of you as a whole being and of what the world needs, I can’t wait to dive in and see it unfold xx
Ahhhh thank you for seeing me and The Balm for everything I hoped it would be! I can’t wait to journey with you through it all. Such an honour to share this space with you xxx

Wonderful! I’m sure so many people will benefit from the Balm.
My word last year was devotion. I loved it so much that I had it made into a necklace! It’s such a beautiful anchor.
💛
Oooooh I love that… I would love to create something physical with the words. Maybe a bracelet!
Thanks for your supportive words, I really hope so! Xx
Do it! It’s such a gorgeous reminder 💛 would love to connect more with you this year 😍
