Here in the UK it is half term, and as I lean into the rhythms that feel nourishing to me during this season of life, I wonāt be writing a longer essay to you this week.
But I do still want to gift you with an opportunity to be held.
Always.
So here we have a meditation for you, a chance to pause for 15 minutes and sink into the essence of being soothed and supported.
Tuning into the magical energy of a rainbow coloured crystal, this is a guided visualisation meditation to support your whole body. You can expect a body scan with a difference - allowing you to tune into your physical being and nourish the parts of you that may feel a little tender.
Lay your body down if you can and let yourself receiveā¦
