I am the Mother of two daughters, a Writer, Soulful Business Mentor, Branding & Website Artist, Circle Facilitator, Human Design Guide, Yoga & Meditation teacher, Sacred Space Holder and multi dimensional human being.
I describe myself as ‘earth meets sky’ - weaving together a grounded and human approach with a lot of heart and soul.

The essence of everything I do, and have done over the past decade, is centered on creating a loving space, a gentle container, to hold an individual - or group - through a process.
As a multi-passionate Manifesting Generator (Human Design) I have made many pivots and explored and experimented with many different paths over the years. From running my own PR & Marketing agency, to health blogging, yoga teaching, business mentoring, sex, love & relationship coaching, holding women’s circles, supporting those going through Matrescence, recording guided meditation and yoga nidras, offering Human Design readings and even when working with clients in my creative studio - the thread of ‘holding space’ has been, and is, ever present.
My role in all of my heart work has always been to create a sacred, and safe, container to witness all that is arising in that very moment, and to hold it gently.
And now I also hold space for two tiny humans… my daughters (currently 2 and 5) - which has been the biggest challenge and greatest honour of my lifetime so far.
The essence of this Substack…
In this space, which started life in March 2023 as The Mother Well but has since evolved, my intention is to use words (written and audio) to envelope you in a feeling of being Held.
The holding of Mothers is very much a large part of my work and intention here, but the topics I write about, and the practices I share, are not just for those who have birthed, or are raising a child.
My hope is that this will be a space for you to reflect. To share. To connect. To create. To feel inspired and soothed, seen and heard.
A space that brings the grounded element of earth and the mysterious magic of the sky together. A space where messy imperfection is honoured and in fact - celebrated.
A space where you feel Held in your journey. Able to show up as the beautiful, raw and real human that you are. In your truth and in your tenderness.
